Shipping policy

Standard Shipping orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. All orders are shipped within 2-4 business days. Please remember that delivery time does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

Hoolihan Homemade is NOT responsible for:

  • Delays with USPS shipping
  • Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. To file a claim with the carrier, please contact: USPS: 1-800-275-8777

International shipping is currently not available.

Local pickup policy

  • Once order is fulfilled order must be picked up within 7 days.
  • All pickups must be scheduled with us due to temperature limitations for our products. To schedule your pickup please email us at hoolihanhomemade@gmail.com
  • Hours for pickup are between 8am-8pm Monday-Friday, & weekends are available upon request.
  • If your order has not been picked up within 7 days, you forfeit your order without a refund unless we have approved otherwise for special circumstances (shipping is available for consideration for special circumstances).
  • If you schedule a pickup & fail to pick up at your scheduled day & time, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs to your order due to weather elements (melting, freezing, rain, etc.). You have the option to schedule a second day & time & if you again do not pickup, we will consider it forfeiture without a refund.
